Maybe good value for guests younger and bigger family . Unfortunately, we left for touring everyday at 9am and came
Positive: Enough room but impractical
Negative: Should disclose more about the steep staircases.
Water flow from both vanities are small so my guests ended up to use kitchen sink to brush teeth and wash face.

Great place to stay for almost a week with our family. Great communication from the hosts. The dedicated parking spot was great to have. Good location, the T is nearby.
